In brief: Not oral surgeon

I am sure you're wisdom teeth were not removed by an oral surgeon.
Otherwise you would have received extensive written instructions. Call the dentist office and request postop instructions. If you are having problems, call the dentist. For best results, always have wisdom teeth removed by a board certified oral surgeon.

In brief: Post OP instructions

General or specific advice? Follow the oral and\or written instructions given to you by the dentist who removed your teeth.
All other questions should be directed to that dentist. Call the office. There should be an emergency number if necessary. We can only give you general guidelines.

In brief: Don't rinse...

... Or smoke, or eat spicy foods, or do anything to disturb the wound.
Bite on sterile gauze for 15 minutes if you're bleeding from the site, repeat if necessary. Pain meds as directed by your surgeon. Call surgeon if swelling or numbness or severe pain occurs.
