If these are cath specimens, the you need a urologic workup to rule out stones, polyps, fistula etc.
If these were "clean catch " specimens, it may be a contaminant and not truly a uti. In any case, you probably should see a urologist.

Agree with Dr. Gapp. Did U have sensitivities of the E. coli checked? Bacteruria will continue if organism is resistant to antibiotic prescribed. Unusual to have cystitis without symptoms, sounds more like asymptomatic bacteruria unless you have diabetes or a neurogenic bladder.
