In brief: Don't over eat!
Just because every monsterously portioned food is available to you, and because every indulgent, calorie laden delicacy is right there in front of you, does not mean you are required to put all of it, in its entirety into your mouth! enjoy, but eat moderate amounts, and you won't gain too much.

In brief: Moderation
Walk every morning and evening on the upper deck.
Eat salad at the start of each meal (fruit with breakfast). Use light salad dressing. Avoid high fat foods like bacon and sausage at breakfast. Don't go back for seconds. Skip dessert (or make it a small one). If you drink, drink in moderation. Drink low calorie drinks or water. Be sure to go out and explore/shop when in port to burn calories.
