Delicate Baby Skin. Baby skin is already soft and delicate. Best to use soaps, creams, lotions, clothing detergents that are scent and dye free. Look for products with hypoallergenic on the label. Babies don't need to be bathed more than every other day, with the exception of the diaper area and face:) if baby is having persistent scaling, dryness or rash check in with your pcp.
Moisturize. Moisturizing frequently does not hurt and may help.
I have hard skin down many times but it doesn't make any diference. How can I get baby soft skin on my feet?
See below. Scrape down the skin on a regular basis and then use a good lotion with some urea cream in it.
