Which type of surgery is done for deviated nasal septum?

Septoplasty. The operation to correct a deviated- or crooked- nasal septum is called a septoplasty. The operation is done from inside the nose and should help improve the breathing space inside the nose. If the outside of the nose is also crooked, you may also need a rhinoplasty operation to straighten the outside of the nose. This would be called a septorhinoplasty.
