Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms before implantation? On day 21 of my 26 day cycle with sore breasts. 1st day of last menses was 11-14.

In brief: Pregnancy

Nope. Specifically, before an impregnated egg implants in the uterine wall it is not connected to the mother's body or blood supply in any way.
The female body would not have a single clue that it was pregnant.

In brief: See answer

In your case, you may have become pregnant mid cycle, which would have been about 1 week ago (mid-cycle), so with hormonal changes, you could be experiencing symptoms.
To be safe, wait until you miss your period for a week, than check a pregnancy test. Best wishes.
