What to drink if you suffer from panic disorder? Will beer or wine keep me mellower?

In brief: Panic + Alcohol

Panic disorder is relatively easy to treat.
Why accept to live with it? Alcohol may make you feel momentarily better but it will not solve the problem. If you postpone treatment you may end up having to use more and more alcohol to take off the edge. Dealing with excessive drinking is more difficult. A cognitive behavioral psychotherapist specialized in panic will help you more.
