I accidently misread the dosage of Bromfed (brompheniramine) dm syrup and gave my 7 yr daughter a teaspoonful instead of 1/2 a teaspoon. Will this harm her in any way?

In brief: No

According to my source, the correct dose for children ages 6-11 is 1 tsp every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 teaspoons in 24 hours - you're fine! (the 1/2 tsp dose is for 2 - 5 year olds).
