In brief: Common

This is pretty common.
Can be from exercising on an empty stomach or too soon after eating. Can also be from diverting blood from your GI tract to be used for muscles. Some exercises can actually relax your bodies nervous system and this can cause the same feeling. Usually, if you slow down and wait a fewminutes it should pass. If it continues, seek out your doctor.

In brief: Many possibilities

Are you eating a full meal right before exercising? Are you exercising on an empty stomach? Does it happen when you push yourself harder than usual? Are you drinking enough water before and during exercise? Maybe you're dehydrated.
If your symptoms don't go away you need to see your doctor for an evaluation.
