Sleeping on my stomach is causing neck problems, is there a custom pillow?

In brief: Not that I know of
You have to turn your head and neck to sleep in that position, and a pillow will not change that.
It is likely that the turning is what aggravates you. Try sleeping on your side or your back. That will let you sleep with less rotation (turning) of the neck.
