Weird feeling in the back of head after throbbing. Now have slight throb in the left temple. Neck and shoulder pain too.

This sounds more like a cervical radiculopathy type of pain with a resultant tension type of headache and radiation of the nerve to the shoulders.
Still you have to be seen so as not to miss anything more severe. A good exam and a good advise is best as the pain may be simple to treat as a symptom but the underlying disease may not be as easy. Go to your md.
