Should not be. Hydrocele is usually a painless condition, there might be some discomfort, or even pain if hydrocele is compressed during sex. This would be good indication to consult a urologist. Same applies to varicocele which sometimes causes discomfort when subject is erect & pain during sex caused by varicocele would be very unusual & thus warrant consultation with a urologist.
Had high risk sexual intercourse, 4 weeks later had testicular pain, now 9months later I still have pain and a left and right sided varicocele. Causes?
Scrotal trauma. These cysts come from scarring or inflammatory processes. The only real std that would fit with a chronic epididymytis is gonorrhea and maybe chlamydia.
