In brief: Yes

Some eyes after lasik will redevelop some of the myopia (minus power) over time.
We call this regression. If the amount is sufficient, the lasik flap can be relifted and further laser sculpting can be done. We call this an enhancement and it is occasionally called for.

In brief: Yes

You can become more nearsighted after LASIK.
Most nearsighted people stabilize after age 30 but some continue to get a little more nearsighted. There are a number of factors including the amount of your correction and your past history of how fast your eyes became nearsighted. Consult your eye doctor regarding your specific situation.
