Not usually . This is not a normal symptoms one associates with ovulation 3-4 days later. I would look for other causes. Schedule a visit if it continues.

TTC. Lmp 9/29/16. Cycle 30 days. Idk when I ovulated, but been having cramps and lower back pain and pain on side of breast. When should I take test?

When period is late. A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed. Read more...

Take a test. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. Read more...
