In brief: Possibly.

Some people's teeth shift very rapidly.
Some people can feel tightness when they put in their retainer every night because their teeth have already shifted. That being said, if you only miss one night, most likely you should be fine. Just try not to miss too many nights in a row because if is quite possible that if you forget to wear it long enough, your retainer may not fit anymore.

In brief: Should be ok

Some teeth will relapse very quickly, especially if you have just finished orthodontic treatment.
But you should be fine not wearing the retainer for one night.

In brief: It's OK

Just don't make a habit of it.
Go looking for reasons to put retainers in, not excuses to take them out.

In brief: Very little

Very little. They will move back if a new retainer is made on your old models.
Not a problem if new impressions made soon.
