I'm 21 and used to have 30-35d cycle. But had a loss at 20w for ic. Af is regular but cycle is 28-30d. Can cycle length change after pregnancy loss?

Since you are perfectly in the normal range then there's no reason to think that you have actually had a change. You're having normal. So there's no reason to be concerned. The pregnancy loss would not be an issue.
