In brief: More risk

Each pregnancy is independent;however, if you had gestational diabetes in one pregnancy you are more at risk for it reoccurring in future pregnancies.
Try to begin early with limiting sugars and carbohydrates and be reasonable with weight gain and exercise. Taking steps early to prevent problems may decrease your risk.
