Possibly. There are many possible causes including diabetes, over-drinking, bph, overactive bladder, failure to empty completely, infection, stones, bladder tumors, something pushing on bladder, etc...It should be checked out.
Could be BPH. Also could be a uti, prostatitis, overactive bladder or interstitial cystitis, prostate cancer, urethral or bladder polyp. Discuss with your urologist.
