Every gland in my neck is swollen. When will I get symptoms?

Get an eval. If you have a few relatively small tender lymph nodes you might have mild subclinical allergies or have a cold coming on. However if every lymph node is swollen, or you have a very lg or hard, immobile node(s) it's best to get that checked out. You might also want to check for swollen lymph nodes elsewhere in the body. I'd suggest you get yourself checked out.

The left side of my neck is swollen had a lymph node but it went away my gland and neck is still swollen how can I get rid of it?

Maybe never. It is difficult to know exactly what you are talking about without being able to examine the area. However, it sounds like the initial problem with the lymph node has resolved. But now you are still able to feel the node. It's possible that it may never disappear. As long as it's small and not tender, that's OK. If it's large - an inch or bigger, or sore, you should see your primary doctor. Read more...

I have a swollen gland, the whole side of my neck is swollen it hurts to swallow, talk, sing on that side. What could be wrong. It really hurts?

Infected lymph nodes. Usually, a person who gets enlarged lymph nodes from an infection in her throat, head, or neck, will get rid of her infection and then her nodes will shrink down to regular size. Once in a while, a person gets infectious germs spreading to one or more neck nodes, and the germs get the upper hand. The result is a big abscess in the node(s), needing antibiotics and further care. Must see a doctor. Read more...
