The weight you lift with each exercise is much less important than the form you use.
Make sure you are performing each dumbbell exercise appropriately. Use the full arc of motion, and go slow rather than fast with each repetition. Start with very light weight so that you can easily do 8-12 repetitions of each exercise for 3 total sets. You can slowly increase as your strength and endurance improve.
