In brief: Stress test

It is rare for 30-year-olds to have true coronary disease, and your description of the pain suggests it is simply stress and nothing more.
It is worth seeing a cardiologist for a stress test to be sure, however. Although rare, true heart disease sometimes does occur in young people. Best not to assume.

In brief: Depends on your risk

There are 5 major risk factors for coronary artery disease.
Your doctor will describe your chest pain is typical of angina or atypical. If you have no risk factors and your description is atypical, your risk of coronary disease is low. If you have multiple risk factors and your description is typical, you are at risk for heart attack or death.

In brief: Before mocking

You should have some basic tests.
Laboratory tests to make sure electrolytes are balanced. A holter to rule out arrhythmias. A stress test and an echocardiogram to rule out other concerns. If these are normal, then mocking can be considered :).

In brief: Difficult to know

Although it is possible that you could have heart disease or lung disease, it is more likely that this is a less serious condition, such as chest wall muscle spasm, or anxiety disorder/panic disorder.
Further evaluations by your doctor will allow you to find out what is really wrong.
