I found many health benefits abt sesame seeds but nutri data says it's↑in Ω6(20g in 100g).Is it ok 2 it eat anyway bcs it's in food&not as supplement?

Nuts and seeds are excellent for anyone's health as long as they are not allergic to them. Even the so-called 'healthy' oil, olive oil is very high in omega-6 fats and really should only be used rarely, but whole foods like nuts and seeds can be used liberally as long as you are not overweight, trying to lose weight, or have ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) and even then if they are ground up.
