My ankle I swollen slightly, not bruised but quite painful. I rolled it when I was out jogging. How bad of an injury is it and what should I do?

Ice. Elevation, ankle brace, stop running foe a couple of weeks....
RICE. Rest, ice, compression, elevation. You should have it checked by a podiatrist or orthopedist. It will need to be xrayed. Treatment will depend on the severity of the injury.
