What you are describing, in a rather descriptive manner-:), is fresh blood both as part of your stool, and on the toilet paper. If it is only on the outside of the stool, then it could be something like a hemorrhoid (see prior answer for details).
But if you think it is in the stool, or if it recurs once or twice then see the doc. Saving for doc probably not very helpful. Give good history.
