Yes (as answered previously on healthtap), depending on amount of blueberries consumed, other ingestants, & transit time of your gut.
However dark stools may also & more significantly indicate bleeding from some site in the GI tract, or ingested blood. Please don't ignore this possibility. A check of hemoccult or equivalent should be performed, & if positive a GI work-up should be undertaken soon.
