Reoccurent temps of 98.8, night sweats (i'm on zoloft) sweats and chills. I'm over weight. Swollen lymph nodes throughout neck under 2cm for 2yrs?

What is the question. With symptoms like this , i think it is better to see u pghysician.
Get checked out. Need to go to see a doctor soon to get this evaluated. Sweats could just be from the zoloft (sertraline) and/or being over weight. At least nned to get some lab done, but may need a biopsy of one or more of those lymph nodes.
