I have a blood red colored spot in the center of my chest, two inches above my nipples about 3/8 of an inch round the area itches

This . This could be a cherry angioma, irritated nevus, psoriatic patch, etc. There are multiple possibilities. The only way to be sure is to have it checked out by your doctor or dermatologist. You may even need a biopsy if the doctor deems it necessary. If the itching bothers you try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as directed. Best of luck. My left breast has red spots kinda like whelps right above the areola and it itches really bad. What could this be?

Itchy Breast. Paget's disease of the nipple is a rare form of breast cancer and on the surface, has the same symptoms of nipple eczema: crusty, scaling rash with the sensation of burning and itchiness. It usually occurs on just one nipple, so if the rash on just one nipple persists, it is best to get a thorough exam for the peace of mind. I usually time it with my annual gynecology exam. I have a few red spots on my chest, and now they are turning dark brown and the spots are speeding all over my chest. I am not itching or irritated.?

Many possibilities. If it's symmetrical it likely has an internal cause, such as eczema or a virus. If not symmetrical it more likely has an external cause, such as an allergy to something you have contacted. Try an otc Hydrocortisone cream, and if that does not help see your doctor or a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis and more specific treatment. Read more...

I have stabbing pains in my right chest and now just noticed for the first time it appears I now have some red spots on my right chest. They are tiny, so is it possible I have internal bleeding? Is it blood rising up to the last layer of skin? Also, what

Probably Shingles. You have not mentioned the duration and the description of the skin rash. However the commonest cause of moderate to severe pain in the chest wall followed by blister like rashes is seen in shingles (herpes zoster). This condition should be aggressively treated with antiviral meds. Otherwise there is a high risk of chronic pain that can last for over a year! please see your physician asap. Read more...
Shingles. If the red spots progress to a rash that is in a patch, or swath of skin that matches a dermatome you probably have shingles. If you have other symptoms, like short of breath, fast heart rate, fever, nausea then you should head to urgent care. Shingles is sooooo painful, and you need to see your doc for meds and a shot.
