If my little girl likes to kiss her indoor cat, can she get sick?

In brief: Kissing cats

Generally no. She will not catch any germs orally from the cat.
Probably the worse things that could happen are (1) close proximity to a cat might provoke allergies or asthma, but i suspect you would know this by now; (2) that close proximity to the face always risks the cat getting startled for any reason and either scratching or biting, which could carry an infection under the skin.
