Glaucoma (juvenile-rare), tumors, pseudotumor cerebri, infections, trauma, and some medications have the potential to elevate the intraoccular pressure.

Squeezing the eyes give falsely high readings.
Thick corneas, too. Glaucoma either is noted in first year or two, or later as adult. Almost unheard of to start at age 14.
