Look . Look in the mirror. If oyu have good muscle and narrow waist your weifght is ideal. If you have weight around your middle you need to eat 6 equal healthy meals with 6 fresh raw or cooked vegetabls and 1 fruit a day, slow carbs, high quality protein, and good fats every day, get 7-8 hours of sleep, and move a lot through teh day every day. Try jump roping. This is a life style for life.
