I have sciatica, bladder incontinence and urge issues, and my two big toes have been numb for months. Any ideas on what these 3together could mean?

In brief: Pinched nerve, back

With the above symptoms, i suspect you may have some pinched nerve in your low back regions.
..Some people have much pain and others not so much. With symptoms ongoing for months, i suggest seeing a doc for eval, as leaving things too long u may not be able to reverse the neuropathy (numbness in your toes). Best of luck to you..

The you really need to find out why you are having these problems..sometimes appropriate medications, physical therapy, and possible injections can help aleviate your symptoms without surgery etc...Don't ignore the symptoms too long as this may complicate things as it progresses...I don't feel your worry...it is a normal reaction/fear..but best get it checked. Good luck..

In brief: Bad

Please see your dr asap.
These are what we call "red flags" meaning a probable disk problem in your back.

In brief: Possibly

If sciatica is causing incontinence, you need this evaluated as it could suggest a more severe compression of nerves.
if this does not resolve soon, see a spine evaluation .

In brief: Yes

I'd want to know your age and other issues.
Urge is probably unrelated directly. You probably have either a lumbar disc issue or spinal stenosis, depending on your age. An MRI would probably be useful as far as diagnosis, but if your toes have been numb for months they may never come back. Had a pelvic check lately?
