There are many reasons to be tired in pregnancy other than just the fact that you are pregnant .
At 25 weeks pregnant the most common cause of fatigue i see in my practice is iron deficiency iron stores can be checked by a simple lab test in your providers office . Another possible cause is hypothyroid. Try to eat 5 small meals daily and remember to take your prenatal vitamins.
