Get brief pains under my left breast, also on the side, under my armpit. I have a kidney stone, and gerd. Was wondering if it could be heart related?

Probably not. But reason for the pain is less clear. It sounds lime pleurisy.
Possibly. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women due to it being under diagnosed.. Women do not present with the usual symptoms that doctors are taught in school. Your age goes against it and it sounds more like fibrocystic disease or a breast cyst. You should be examined first, then have appropriate tests done.
Chest pain. Pain is not cardiac related. It may be related to your gerd.

Not kidney stone. If you have stones, it would not be a brief and dull pain. Besides your pain is too high and upfront above the kidney area. I think you need to see a doctor about this since the pain you describe is not typical for gerd. Read more...

Very brief, nearly a second like"pain"i get over my upper left breast/heart. I have a pinched nerve and gerd. Cant tell if its cardiac or not. Any guesses?

Referred pain. Likely is not cardiac in nature. Cardiac pain or at least angina more frequently than not lasts longer and is discomfort like. It accompanies itself with other symptoms such as nausea , sweating, difficulty with breathing. Your condition souds like either gerd or referred pain from the impingement of that nerve. If you don't have any risks factors for CAD then much less likely to be cardiac. Read more...

Heart or my kidney stone? Have random pains directly under my breast. On ribs. Its sharp/achey. I put my hand on it and feel my heart bet pretty strongly.

Need examination. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without an examination, however, it is likely that it is neither your heart nor kidney stones but a musculo-skeletal issue. It is not urgent but you should consult your doctor for an evaluation. Read more...
