In brief: Egg replacer

Make sure that u use "egg replacer" rather than "egg substitute".
Egg substitute still has egg protein and is for people w cholesterol problem. Egg replacer does not, and u can find them in health food stores throughout the country. U can go online to food allergy organizations' websites to look for recipes using egg replacer.
