What are some alternatives to band-aids? I have contact dermatitis with adhesives.

In brief: Wrap it!

Bandages can be held on with a wrap like an ace wrap.
Just go all the way around your hand, arm, foot, or whole body. A tight fitting garment like a t-shirt or underwear can also do the trick.

In brief: Hypoallergenic ones

They do make hypoallergenic band-aids.
Some are called hypoallergenic others are labled for sensitive skin. If all else fails you can use plain gauze pads with paper tape or just wrap a gauze pad with a gauze wrap and tie a knot to hold it in place.
