Tight neck muscles, headache and pain behind eye?

Tension headache. The combination of headache, stiff neck and pain behind the eye would often signify a tension, or stress, headache. The history of the development of the symptoms would be most helpful in determining this diagnosis. Naturally other entities should be entertained and anything from glaucoma to meningitis could be the cause of these sympoms. A visit to your doctor is in order if it persists.
Likely referred pain. Although eye pain can definitely be related to a problem with the eyes (e.g. Elevated eye pressure, inflammation inside of the eye), the constellation of symptoms you describe are more suggestive of a tension-type headache that has pain that radiates. If you haven't had an eye exam and symptoms are increasing, esp if vision blurred, see your eye doc, otherwise start with your family doc.
