Sounds too noisy. To me. What about sleep hygiene? Avoiding caffeine, making sure your bedroom is for sleeping. Are you getting enough exercise during the day? How about meditation just before bed? But perhaps the best idea is to understand what the anxiety is about. Why not schedule an appointment with a therapist who can help you figure this out?

Maybe... There is no sure universal "cure". People respond to different things. But massages, baths, routine sleep schedules/habits, reading, familiar music, all are good starts at achieving a less anxious wind-down. Often people do well end their day by writing down 3 positives that occurred that day. It puts a positive perspective on what you just experienced, & trains you to look for good. Good night.
