Hello docs. I was wondering can thyroid effect the pancreas?

In brief: Not really

When you are hyperthyroid, your metabolism speeds up.
You gut is faster, and sometimes you hyperabsorb food, which can give some high post meal glucose values, but not really diabetes. Hypothyroidism can make you gain weight, which can lead to diabetes. So, in a sense, a hormone disorder can affect many things downstream, but there is no specific thyroid/pancreas interaction.
