Could pain in left shoulder blade and chest be a symptom of espohageal cancer?

Unlikely in the sho- Ulder blade, but chest maybe. You might have symptoms like difficulty in swallowing or repeated regurgitations, maybe loss of weight, feeling of a mass or fullness in the upper middle part of the tummy, or in the neck area---- depending on the location of the lesion. Best would be to see your pcp and a gen surgeon so you could be investigated ; treatment started, as necessary. Good luck.

I've been having dull pain (like I need to pop back) in left shoulder blade when walking or not slouching. Is this lung cancer, angina or neither?

Likely neither,, Lung cancer is highly unlikely at your age, and angina is usually a more intense pain that often has dyspnea or shortness of breath with it and usually comes with exertion. Your obesity and likely your sitting and posture habits might have more to do with this. It'd be wise to see your doctor about an exercise plan and possibly posture exercises along with a general exam. Good luck. Read more...
