Acute Gastritis: Possibly has stomach virus. Make sure she drinks more fluid in the form of sips of pedialyte, water, ice cube, etc. Otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg 2-3 times/d for 1-2 days help if vomiting is mild. Ibuprofen gelcap, 200 mg x 2 cap, 6-8 hourly for fever and headache. Food: banana, rice, applesauce, toast, chicken/soup, crackers. If vomiting not better, will need er visit for IV fluid and med to stop vomiting.
