Paxil has a long list of drugs , including SSRIs, SNRIs, Buspar, Tramadol, Metoprolol, MAOIs, Phenothiazines, Abilify, (aripiprazole) Atomoxetine,etc. that are detoxified through the liver and so the liver function studies have to be drawn (Complete metabolic profile) at least twice a year to check this.
