How do you keep your motivation for losing weight?

Hard but possible. Make sure you're not always depriving yourself. Eat the foods you like sometimes, just in smaller amounts. Get a friend or family member to support you. Write down everything you eat. See a dietitian once or twice to get ideas. Eat new foods -- find dishes you like. Be more active so you don't have to cut as many calories. Don't get down on yourself if you slip up. Tomorrow is a new day.
