Three years ago, I had to deal 4 heavy migrain with aura. The MRI shows 2 matters in the white brain thing. Can it be the migrain?

Deep white matter. Hyperintensity is a non specific finding. It can be seen in patients with migraine but it is also see in many other neurologic diseases. In a younger patient any deep white matter hyperintensity needs to be followed clinically. If your symptoms worsen they need to repeat the MRI with and without contrast just to make sure these changes are stable.
No. Signs of a migraine can sometimes be seen on an MRI of the brain, but in the acute phase. A migraine 3 years ago would not show up. Make sure you follow up with your doctor about the significance of the white matter findings. I hope this helps.
