You can't. Everyone will have a smell but we don't want it to be overpowering. Pay attention to hygiene- wash clothes, body, hair often and brush teeth. Use a deodorant and avoid strong smelling foods, tobacco and alcohol. If those measures fail, you may have a medical or dental condition so consider seeing your doctor.
Body Odor. Glad to hear your saw your doc and are doing what you can. Have you changed your diet? Perhaps removing foods such as onions, garlic, etc. Can help. Consider adding greens which can be detoxing. A nutritionist may also be helpful. Peace and good health.
Clean up Diet. Eliminate sugars, carbohydrates from your diet. Eat organic fruits and vegetables and reduce meat intake. Take a supplement with large quantities of chlorophyll as well as vegetables high in chlorophyll. Take probiotics three times daily till odor gone. Bathe daily. If these things don't work within a couple of weeks you need to have scopes done top and bottom (egd/colonoscopy).
Wash frequently. And use deodorant.
