In brief: Evaluation

If there are new back problems after a pregnancy, particularly with hard labor, a new evaluation would be a great idea.

In brief: Clarification

Without knowing your new issues after the delivery, it is hard to suggest a course of action.
However, if your fusion was completely healed, and you had no issues before the delivery, increased back and/or leg pain may indicate back strain, post-c-section issues, or problems in the spine at the levels above your fusion. Definitely consult your spine surgeon. You may need a new mri.
