In brief: Should not,
That i know of. Think of more likely causes like time of the period or medication intake.

In brief: Would not expect it
Kidneys are located towards the back at the level of the lowest ribs.
Usually people with pyelonephrirtis (infection in the kidney) or kidney stones experience pain in this area. I would not expect breast pains. I would recommend getting a sonogram of the breast if the pain does not go away to make sure it is not a cyst. If any redness, mass, or hardness over the breast see the doctor right away.
