In brief: Unconscious

Need detailed work up.
This could be syncope or absence seizures. Need to rule out cardiac causes like arrhythmias, structural causes, or other causes like autonomic nervous system dysfunction, seizures etc. He has to undergo tests like ambulatory BP monitoring, ekg, echo, tilt table test, 24hr holter monitoring etc. If negative, need neurology work-up. Consult an md.

In brief: Go to the Doctor

I am not sure what you need from us here.
There is not question in your statement. But, this sounds very serious and your brother needs an examination and evaluation in person with a physician.
