What is more likely to cause skin absecess on different parts of the body , lupus or sjogrens? . I am working with rhumy to get a dx.

In brief: Lupus

Skin abscesses are very rare in either disease.
I have personally never seen them unless the patient was on immunosuppressive meds. That said, lupus would be more likely to have them.
