My eyelid is red, painful, and slightly swollen. It looks like it's drooping. Is this myasthenia gravis or just inflammation of the eyelid?

In brief: It is a Sty

Most probably you have an acute hordeolum or sty which causes temporary drooping.
Myasthenia gravis (mg) does not have red painful swollen eyelids. Mg may start with occasional drooping of eyelids or with speech problems. See an ophthalmologist for rx of your sty and possible blepharitis.
