In brief: Heart attack prevent

You are too young to have a heart attack unless drugs are involved (meth) or significant family history of premature cardiovascular disease.
You're on oxycodone. Chronic pain can cause palpitations. Exercise will strengthen your health. Stay out of trouble. You shud be fine. Your chest pain and cough may be due to undiagnosed asthma or just plain anxiety. Check with your doctor. Test your lungs.

Most 28-year-olds are at very low risk of heart problems. However, rarely patients are born with heart arteries which travel abnormal pathways and can (potentially) predispose a young patient to a heart attack or death. You should undergo an extensive evaluation with your PCP, which sounds like is underway. Good luck.

In brief: Normal is great!

Without knowing the reason you are worried or why this testing was done at your age.
... I would say that things look good from what you have stated but you should go over this in detail with your doctor.
